IN THE NIGHT:Stress Eating

Five semi healthy snacks alternatives for the days you want to eat the world:

  1. Kale Chips instead of Lays or any salty chips
  2. Trader Joes “Joe Joe’s” Vanilla instead of Oreos 
  3. Altoids mints instead of gum 
  4. Boom Chicka Pop sweet and salty instead of any popcorn or chip 
  5. Dark chocolate instead of any other chocolate

And if your feeling extra healthy eat a fruit or veggie or drink tons of tea/water
