IN THE AFTERNOON: WATER

Water is such a viable thing because it clears your skin, flushes the toxins out your body and just does all these miraculous things

Unfortunately some people do not prefer water or drink very little of it

Here are five ways to drink more water:

  1. STOP buying any juice or soda and instead only have water in your home and water when your out 
  2. If you like the fizziness of soda or want something that mimics soda drink seltzer water some even have flavor (my all time favorite is La Croix grapefruit, cran-raspberry and passionfruit)
  3. Try to drink bottle water instead (I’ve noticed I drink more water when its bottled) (favorites are evian or voss)
  4. Drink water when its freezing cold 
  5. Drink water with a straw
