IN THE NIGHT: Nervous

A lot of the time we can have anxiety or be nervous about many things 

I tend to get nervous for test, when I have to confront someone or when I have to do something that I fear 

These are five ways to get lessen your anxiety/nervousness:

  1. Drink some water 
  2. Sit down and take deep breaths 
  3. Do some yoga if you can 
  4. Take some time to get away from whatever is making you nervous and just concentrate on your breathing and clearing your mind 
  5. Lay down/take a nap you’ll wake up feeling better 

An app that I really enjoy for relaxing before I go to sleep or to lessen my anxiety is Headspace, its free!
