Why relaxing is so necessary?
Living in a city where everything is fast pace can be a good and a bad thing
First of it can give you the opportunity to learn how to multitask and learn how to get your life together in one fashion or the other
But it can also just teach you how to concentrate with all the noise that is around you
BUT it can also make it impossible for someone to relax and it can also make you very anxious
Finding ways to help you relax is to key to your sanity but also just key on making your life feel and heal better
I always talk about watching shows, eating a good piece of chocolate, napping, yoga, reading and mediating as good ways for me to relax but what is your type of relaxing
do you like hearing audio books, or taking walks or riding a bike
Is relaxing to you when you play with your pets or when you sit down and drink a glass of wine
Do you relax when you paint or when you hear music
This is just to give you an idea of what it means to relax to you because everyone is different and relaxing can mean different things to different people
aromatherapy has been a go too for me I love the scents and feel that it truly does relax me but for someone else it could just been a nice scent or it could stink to them
The point is everyone should relax I choose to take at least 20 minutes of my everyday to relax something this can turn anywhere from 1-3 hours but it is essential
Now don’t relax too much part of this is to balance yourself however you see fit
and doing it in a way where you don’t feel like you’re doing too much
I love headspace for mediating it really does help to jus concentrate on yourself for 10-15 you can also just watch your favorite show or listen to your favorite songs
Just aim to try to do one thing for yourself everyday!
